Auberne Homes are a registered NHBC builder, this means that your new homes will be built in accordance with NHBC Standards and we will be able to offer you a Buildmark - a ten year warranty and insurance that will provide you with unrivalled protection. NHBC are the leading standard setting body and provider of warranty and insurance for new build homes in the UK. NHBC ensure that each house is built in accordance with their exacting standards and this is achieved through NHBC inspectors examining each house at key stages throughout the build. NHBC will only provide their seal of approval and, therefore, their ten year warranty once they are satisfied that the house has been built to the highest standards.
